Accounts are required to place orders on our website. If you are not a dealer and require an account to be set up please contact us at sales@ttparts.ca or 1-800-665-2500.
Logging in
If you are having problems logging in, try making sure that you enter your password exactly as given to you. If frustration continues to arise please contact one of our sales associates for assistance.
- Select the "Login" link from any Tip Top Parts web page. It is located on the Left hand corner of the home page.
Note: If you are already logged in, this link will appear as “Welcome your name" rather than "Login".
- Enter your customer ID in the Login Name field, and your password in the password field. In the example, the customer ID is TT9993. Click on the login button or press enter. You will then be logged in.
- The first time you log in you are required to change your temporary password. Please record you new password for future use.
- If you are a returning customer, enter your login & password to proceed to shopping.
- If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions
How to Order
Ordering online at www.tiptopparts.com is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Account holders must first login using the Login Name and password we have assigned you. The login button may be found at the top of any page on our site.
- Search for the item(s) you want to add to your Cart. Change the order quantity on each item to the quantity you wish to purchase.
- The Cart page can be accessed at any time using the "View Cart" button at the top of every page or the link at the left side of any page.
- After adding all the items to your Cart, select the "Check Out" button from the Cart page
- Next you will be asked to enter or confirm your billing and shipping address.
- Shipping will be determined by your account defaults currently set with Tip Top Parts.
- Select a payment option – On account, Visa, MasterCard or Amex. On account will default to your preset account defaults.
- Lastly, review your order, add any special instructions if you wish, and then click on "Place order." If you do not wish to place an order at this time you can log out to cancel your current order or save your cart for a future time by putting an order name in the save cart box.
- A summary of your order will appear on the screen and an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided.

Shipping
- Shipping will be determined by your account defaults currently set with Tip Top Parts.
- All prepaid orders will be shipped by the carrier of Tip Top Parts choice.
- Ground shipping will be paid on all orders over $450.00. Please review the freight policy for exclusions and surcharges.
- An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
- If alternative method of shipping is desired, check the change my freight default box. Please specify your courier name and enter your courier account information in the box provided. The shipment will be sent collect to you on the specified carrier.
Pick Ups
Customers can pick up during regular business hours. Location and hours of operation are located on our Contact Us page. Please call to confirm your order is ready prior to arrival.
